1. Introduction

Welcome to The Dome. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our facilities, services, and website. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Facility Usage

2.1 Court Reservations: All court reservations must be made through our booking system. Reservations are subject to availability and our booking policies.

2.2 Equipment: Players are responsible for bringing their own equipment. Rental equipment is available subject to availability and additional charges.

2.3 Safety: All players must follow safety guidelines and rules posted throughout the facility. Proper athletic attire and non-marking shoes are required.

3. Payments and Cancellations

3.1 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified.

3.2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges.

3.3 No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for a reserved court time without prior cancellation will result in full charges.

4. Membership and Access

4.1 Membership: Membership benefits and privileges are as outlined in your membership agreement and may be subject to change with notice.

4.2 Access: Access to facilities is granted only during operating hours and in accordance with club policies.

4.3 Guest Policy: Members may bring guests in accordance with our guest policy and additional fees may apply.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Assumption of Risk: Participation in padel activities involves inherent risks. Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: The Dome Padel Club's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5.3 Insurance: Players are encouraged to maintain appropriate personal insurance coverage.

6. Code of Conduct

All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or damage to property, may result in suspension or termination of membership.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
