1. No Refunds

All bookings made at The Dome are final and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances
• Scheduling conflicts
• Non-attendance

2. Transfers or Cancellations

At this time, The Dome does not allow transfers, cancellations, or rescheduling of confirmed bookings.

3. Exceptions

The Dome reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility closures, safety concerns, or events beyond our control). In such cases, The Dome may, at its discretion, provide a credit or alternative arrangement.

4. Acceptance of Policy

By completing a booking at The Dome, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
